Venkatesh Dayananda
Venkatesh Dayananda is a seasoned professional with over 26 years of experience in corporate law, corporate governance, legal advisory, and regulatory compliance. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), a Corporate Lawyer, Registered Arbitrator, and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Attorney
As the driving force behind VDA ADVISORS, he specialises in corporate governance, secretarial practice, legal advisory and representation, trademark protection, and HR policies and compliance under applicable labour laws.
He brings hands-on experience in managing the entire IPO process, from strategic planning and regulatory vetting to documentation and coordination with legal counsels, merchant bankers, SEBI, stock exchanges, and other key stakeholders.
